I’m here to show you all off, just as you are. 

Let your kids be kids! Take the pressure off.  

Got kids who love to dress ups? Bring those costumes please. Is your favourite activity going for ice creams by the beach? Let’s do that! Forget glossy, perfect images. I want you to shine through. 

And for the parents – I’ll always prioritise some images of just you two. Together. Loving one another because this is how your story all began.  And you’ll notice I prioritise some special images of mum. Always! We are often the memory keepers taking the photos; which creates a big gap in the story where you should be. I want you to see that that you love, and are deeply loved in return.

Family Sessions

I don’t just arrive and start telling you to smile.

I’ll get down on your kids level and make them know they are welcome here with their big personality, or their wild ways, or if they don’t love new faces and want to stay glued to mama… I’ll read that quickly and encourage it.

No one is forced to behave or do something they don’t want to do. We’re after a mixture of candid, authentic and playful images where all you have to do is be yourselves and be present with your people.

all sessions include:

  • A 1 hour photo session at a location of your choice

  • At your home or an outdoor location which I will help you choose

  • Assistance with wardrobe and a prep guide for your session

  • Online Gallery with high-res digital photos delivered, perfect for printing

  • Travel within Sydney

What happens next?

1. get in touch with me

If you feel ready to book, get in touch with me and we will arrange a date for your shoot. As soon as you send me an enquiry, you’ll receive all the details about my packages. Once you’ve chosen your package we’ll get to know each other.

I’ll send you a questionnaire to get to know you and your favourite things to do, and we’ll base your shoot around that so that you are comfortable and happy. We’ll talk location, wardrobe and all the details and you’ll feel really prepared for your day.

I’ll also take a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

2. we’ll have so much fun!

We’ll complete our shoot at our chosen location and we’ll have lots of fun!

I’ll get to know you and with my sentimental eye, we’ll produce images that you will treasure for a lifetime.


3. you’ll receive your images

I will get to work on editing your session (usually with a giant mug of tea and Fleetwood Mac playing) and you’ll receive this within three weeks via an online gallery.

I’ll also share some sneak peeks on Instagram to make sure we’re friends over there too.

story-telling sessions

I call my sessions ‘story-telling sessions’.

Fun. Love-filled. Relaxed.

I find my clients walk away from a shoot telling me that they had a really good time. Why? Because I actively guide and encourage you to show all the love you have for each other during your shoot. That means plenty of kisses and cuddles with your significant other.

Hand holding. Joke sharing. Loving on your children and being really present with them.

It’s my absolute privilege to witness you together in these moments and to be able to gift the memories back to you. If I’m not saying anything, you’re just perfect as you are.

  • I’ll help you with this. Clothing can make such a difference to how an image feels, so I’ll guide you towards colours, textures and silhouettes that work beautifully together without making everyone look overly matched. Think timeless, effortless and completely you. Comfort is important as well as keeping children warm in winter months.

  • Perfect. Truly. I’m not looking for perfectly behaved children sitting beautifully and smiling on command. I want the real stuff — the chaos, cuddles, wild little personalities and the way your family actually loves each other. There’s no pressure to perform here. I have 3 kids of my own, I know this works!

  • Not at all. In fact, I’d rather you didn’t. I’ll guide you when needed, but much of the magic comes from movement, connection and letting your family simply be together. I’m looking for those fleeting moments between the “posed” ones — the little hands, the belly laughs, the quiet cuddles and everything in between.

    As for showing skin or no skin? It’s totally up to you. I’ll always encourage you to celebrate the magic of creating life and what your body is doing. These images are for YOU.

  • Absolutely. A deposit secures your session date, and you can then pay the balance over a flexible payment plan.

  • You betcha! I love animals so much, especially pups. However, please understand that including your dogs can limit the use of outdoor locations, particularly beaches.
